1. Introduction

Welcome to Dog Ninja Force. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, website, and communications. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We provide the following services:

Pet waste removal, Yard deodorizing, sanitizing Litter box, and cage cleaning, Dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight pet care. Add-on and bundle services

Services are available on a one-time or recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) and are subject to availability and regional coverage.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed per visit but billed monthly based on service frequency. VIP Membership offers a 50% discount when the subscription remains active. Payments are processed through Stripe or a similar payment gateway at the beginning of each billing cycle. All pricing is subject to change with prior notice.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing date. Canceling a VIP plan voids your lifetime discount and priority access benefits. Missed services due to property inaccessibility or unsafe conditions are non-refundable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide safe, unblocked access to your yard or property. Aggressive animals must be restrained or removed during service visits. You must maintain a reasonably clean and safe environment for our staff.

6. Pet Health & Liability

We are not responsible for existing unsanitary conditions or damage caused by pets. We are not liable for pet illness or injury unless resulting directly from our negligence. Clients must notify us of any health or behavioral concerns that may affect service.

7. Weather and Holidays

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather or holidays. VIP Members receive priority rescheduling and holiday access.

8. Communication and SMS Consent

By providing your phone number and e-mail, you agree to receive SMS and e-mail updates regarding:

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Services canceled after billing are not eligible for refunds for that month. Unused visits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan. Refunds are processed only in cases of overcharges or service errors.

10. Referral & Loyalty Program

Receive service credits for each qualified referral who signs up for a monthly plan. Credits or discounts apply only after the referred client completes their first billing cycle. Leave a review and submit proof to earn one-time loyalty discounts.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, images, videos, logos, and written content are owned by Dog Ninja Force and may not be used or copied without written consent.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
